After years of training and clinical experience, she chose to open her doors on Bardstown Road in Louisville so that patients in our community have access to primary care that feels personal, not procedural.

First Visit
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications. New patient visits are 60 minutes so we can get to know you thoroughly.
